Return Instructions

The packing slip shipped with your order will contain detailed return instructions.

For your convenience, we offer two return options for most items:

  • Return to our warehouse.
  • Return to a retail store.

For full details on each return option, please read the information below.

Return to Our Warehouse

If you wish to return an item to our warehouse:

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include the bottom portion of the packing slip in the return package. Keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  3. Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
  • All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
  • You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return to a Retail Store

To avoid paying shipping to return an item, you may return an item to one of our Sport Chek retail stores. Items that are *Available Online Only can not be returned to Sport Chek retail store locations. If PayPal is used for payment, if you wish to return an item, the item must be returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal returns at our Sport Chek retail store locations.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
  2. Take your packing slip with you to the store as proof of purchase and price paid.
  • If a packing slip is not provided as proof of purchase and price paid, a Sport Chek Retail Store Merchandise Credit will be issued for a value equal to the item's lowest promotional price within the last 60 days.
  • All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date.
  • Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  • If an Online Gift Certificate was used for payment and you return an item to one of our Sport Chek retail stores, the refund will be in the form of a Sport Chek Retail Store Merchandise Card.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued in the form of a Sport Chek Retail Store Merchandise Credit.
  • Returns will be processed based on the discretion of store management.
