Very stable cushioning on these shoes

I love the cushioning on these shoes as they provide stability with each stride. I also like how durable the sole is. They are a little tight but that's by design as the shoe is supposed to hug your foot and provide maximum cushioning. If you do want a little more room, I would go up half a size but if you want a lockdown fit, order your regular size. These shoes are perfect for running on sidewalks, the track and on the treadmill. Overall an excellent shoe.
