    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure if I’d like the fit and style of the Superstar II vs. the original. Glad to report they actually fit better and more comfortably for wider feet. Now I can buy a size 10.5 for the II instead of the size 11 in the original style.

    I bought my first pair of black-stripe Superstars in 1973, when I was in 9th grade and 15 years old. It was love at first sight and instant comfort, as soon as I first wore them. I can't count how many pairs of Superstars I've used since then, all black except for one pair of red stripes. It's got to be at least 15, in part because they wear so well. My current pair have finally worn out, after 4 years of wear, at least 3 times per week, so time to get another pair. Please keep making them, at least as long as I live.

    It matches my Met hat perfectly, and I have a nice hoodie that matches it also. That’s one of the reasons I got these sneakers. I like to match. I’m a Philadelphia Flyers fan, and I’m hoping you guys will come out with some superstars that are black, with orange stripes. Do you think you could do that? I bought like 30 pairs of sneakers from you guys, do one for me like you would do for a rich guy. What do you say?
