    Eye catching colour and excellent ankle/foot support. Well ventilated, sturdy sole but light upper and the vented sole is amazing! Definitely an indoor workout-only shoe. Fantastic for inclined leg press and any HIIT type workout with dramatic change in direction while moving. DEFINITELY get these 1/2 size smaller than what you usually wear. They do fit large compared to other Adidas shoes. Other than that a great replacement for my Metcon 9's

    Hi everyone! I really enjoy these shoes. They remind me of flat shoes. They are really good for squatting with barbells and weights. I did a few different lower-body workouts, like RDLs, sumo squats, and front squats. The shoes were very stable. My feet and legs were still. I have narrow feet. I wear a size 7.5 in women's. I ordered a size 6 men's shoe
