Novablast 5 is the most comfortable running shoe I’ve ever owned. In fact, I had purchased some Oofos for recovery, realized they were nowhere near as comfortable as the Novablast and bought a second pair of Asics instead. The most surprising thing to me is the durability of the outer sole. I have 520 running miles on my first pair and I can still see every treadmark. I recently purchased a third pair because I loved the oatmeal color, but with the durability I’m getting, pairs two and three may remain recovery shoes for quite a while.
