I love these pants. (I am in my 70's). I use them for work but when I wear them around town I see many young folks wearing them for fashion, (and lots of pockets). Brilliant!

I usually wear a 12 in jeans but the 12 felt roomy both through the waist and thigh. I probably could have gone down to a 10. I have less butt than some; I think these pants are best for people with somewhat wider waists and smaller hips/behinds. I know barrel-leg pants are in style, but I prefer wide-leg or boot-cut pants for the reason that I want to wear these with boots. I was going to have to hem them several inches so at least the barrel leg would have been less pronounced. I also wished the main pockets were phone-sized. What I really disliked was that the giant lump where the inseam and crotch curve met. I don't want that rubbing on the inside of my thigh all day! This could have been avoided by using a crotch gusset. Otherwise these seemed tough with not too much stretch. I am giving up on ordering workpants and am going to sew my own.

Waist is way too high. But I do like yh stronger material compared to the thinner ones made for women... Those don't last more than a few months. I would really like to see the loose fit thin ones made with duck, so they can last longer than a few months. I wish they would make them for women the way they are made for men. Guys can wear those thicker pants for years without them wearing out.

These pants are absolutely horrid in fit, I wear a western style boot for work and I can't even pull them over the boot, also i wear a size 6, tried them in an 8 and can barely button them. I've been wearing your relaxed fit in an 8 for years and they fit great. This was a fail for me, and I may have to look for a new brand since the relaxed fit is no longer available.

I read multiple reviews that these ran large, so ordered my normal size 12 and a size 10. Even the 12s were too small, which is strange because my measurements are exactly within the size chart for a 12. I ended up with a 14, which fit with some room. Maybe they're oversized for someone without curves? I'm fairly hourglass shaped so I need some space in the hips and a smaller waist. So the 14s fit in the hips but now I have a bit of a gap in the waist. That's typical for pants for me though. I also ordered a tall, and I wouldn't call these a tall. I'm 5'9" and the talls hit right at my ankle, so I still cuff them. After I found ones that fit, I love them, though.

I am so relieved to find a pair of work pants that fit in all the places! I am tall, about 5'10", hourglass shaped, about 160#. The size 10 in tall fit great. A note that they are indeed extremely high waisted - the waist sits on my belly button and crotch a smidge tight when sitting. I usually wear pants ~30" waist and size 8-10. I am glad I ordered on the larger size as the waist would have been too small on the size 8.

I loved the idea of these pants. I have such a hard time finding durable work pants that are comfortable and fit, so I was excited to see the high waist and long length option on these. I'm just under 5'10", 150 lbs, athletic build. I'm usually a size 6 or 28/29 and was on the fence between a 6 long and an 8 long. I went with the 8 long because they are 100% cotton, so I figured they'd have no stretch and probably shrink in the washer/dryer. The long length of these were good, but that's about it. While they did sit at the right place at my waist, the dreaded waist gap was in full force, there was a ton of extra room in the front lower belly area, yet they somehow fit snug in the butt. And then were way too big in the thighs. Just awkward for me. The fabric seemed nice and durable, but with the awkward fit and no stretch, so I know sizing down to a 6 would be too uncomfortable to work in, unfortunately!
