Warm but poor zipper quality

Zipper broke after one season! Coat was warm but my kids had a really hard time with the zipper. It constantly got stuck then eventually broke. So not recommended.

The title alone is miss informative, it says men’s jacket but this is for boys not men.
My GF needed a men’s jacket while pregnant with our now newborn twins and once received it didn’t fit what so ever… it’s a kids/teens jacket.
Not a men’s.
It’s a boys.
I understand that young boys will grow into men, but girls don’t wear women’s clothing.
I’d refund if I didn’t have twins on my lap most hours of the day.
Stay away.

Major zipper issues do not purchase

I LOVE this jacket it’s the 2nd I’ve ordered of the same exact jacket BUT both jackets have major issues with the zippers. Columbia needs to do better for the price of these coats. The first one needed to be completely replaced which cost another $60 and the second one can’t be done up all the way to the top. I do not recommend buying this item.

Great jacket but bad zipper

This jacket is almost everything I would expect from a winter coat except for two things: the hood fur can be irritating when the jacket is zipped up and the zipper is a nightmare. The first few days the zipper worked and then it just stopped functioning. I would struggle to do it in the mornings and told my son to ask his teacher to help him through the day. Then the teacher complained that the zipper doesn’t connect or zip up smoothly. I did the warranty claim but had to buy another jacket as the process takes 4-6 weeks. I love the length, the look and the warmth it offers and I’m tempted to buy it again but from other reviews it sounds like it’s a defect in this complete line, I thought perhaps I got a bad product. Such a shame as it really is a good winter jacket for kids.
