Great grip, a little high on the ankle

These shoes are perfect for the outdoors - super lightweight, great grip, and very comfortable. I wear them all day at the cottage. The only drawback is that it's slightly high in the ankle for me and I need to make sure I have the right kind of socks on so it doesn't rub.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    A find

I bought a pair for a trip to the Scottish highlands. Great support, fabulous traction and the held up to the rain.

I have purchased many pairs over the years. Peakfreak hiking shoes are truly waterproof and comfortable. Great shoe for walking and hiking with my dog on the trails.

Good sole/insole but stiff and narrow

I was looking for waterproof hiking boots that are low rise. This fit the bill so I bought them. They were on sale for half the price. I have now had a few hikes in them. They are comfortable, sole is good, insole is good. However they are too narrow for my feet from the front. If you have a wider feet, I would not recommend this. The other thing I do not like about them is they are very very stiff shoes. I have never seen boots these stiff.

I really liked the look and colours of these waterproof hikers. However, once I had them home and wore them around my house to be sure they’d work for me, I found that they were rubbing my ankles on both feet. I knew then that they wouldn’t work for me although they fit well and were comfortable except for the ankle rubbing. I ended up returning them to the store!

    Worth the money

I went to Nepal for a 12-day hike to Everest Base Camp in these shoes. They are amazing. I didn't wear them on the day of an actual hike to the Camp as it was cold and snowy, however I wore them for the rest 10 days and I am absolutely in love with these shoes.
