Does the job

Teenage son purchased for doing weightlifting. It has proven to do exactly as advetized and he is very satisfied with this purchase. He felt it was at a great price point too.

ZERO stress on my back,as it is placed on the hips

This product has not been in-store for MONTHS, but I ordered it on-line from Galgary to Vancouver in THREE days. It is what I thought it is....and I put it on the Hook! I have Anterolisthesis, whereby lL4 has slipped forward on L5, and it is permanent. No more squats, or even front squats, with SEVERE Osteoarthritis in both Glenohumeral Joints, as well as a Supraspinatus tear in the right. I will go on the record, as a former North American LHW BBing 1st place winner, and say that this, attached to my Functional Trainer cables, as well as Deadlifts done in my Hex Bar, are SAFER AND MORE PRODUCTIVE than Squats & "real" Deadlifts. Not even close.....CASE CLOSED

At first I was worried the chains may be too short but it was just right. Does what it is advertised to do. I am satisfied.

Harbinger Dip Belt

This belt has been great. I've only had 25 lbs on the belt so far for pull-ups, but it seems to be built strong and should withstand a lot more weight.

Works great for belt squats!

I don't actually use this dip belt for dips, I use it for "belt squats". I wrap the chain around the end of the barbell (on the other side of the collar) and then stand with my feet on either side of the weights. The belt works great for this. It's perhaps a bit short (or I'm a bit tall), but otherwise it works great. If you're looking for a cost-effective way to do belt squats at home, this is an excellent option! I can't comment on the effectiveness of actual weighted dips but I have to think it'll do well there too. I'm 6'5" and I can belt squat with this belt, so dips wouldn't be a problem I think.
