Shoes are comfortable and great fit out of box. I would recommend for neuropathy. They are comfortable on my feet.

Loving the FuelCell Rebel v5’s for those just before dawn or early afternoon runs. Because of the cushioned bouncy heel and the narrow angular composition of the toe, they give my step a slight bouncy that encourages my stride and gives me confidence to push myself when I want give up, when I think I’ve reached my limit. The glow in the dark green is a needed and appreciated safeguard against becoming road kill. BUT, I wonder if it would’ve been worth it to get the waterproof joints for those unexpected sprinkler encounters or leftover poodles from passing rain clouds? Does that design still allow your feet to breathe air while repelling water? Or is the waterproof version just a money grab with a poor design?

Light on your feet

As a midfoot striker, this shoe is phenomenal for up-tempo runs. I can feel the lightweight with each step while still getting enough cushion support from the midsole. This is my first pair of FuelCells, and I'll be coming back when it's time to refresh.

I typically go to Altra's due to the wide toe box but the FuelCell Rebel v5 came in wide so I gave them a go. I am pleasantly surprised by not only the style but the comfort and wide show resulting in a comfortable running.
