Comfortable and adequate support at a reasonable price. Has held up so far with moderate use. Would definitely buy it again. Honestly can't think of any cons except maybe it could have come in funkier colors?

Excellent sturdy belt that helps keep your back straight and safe. a much better alternative to the traditional leather belts. highly recommend. I use the Large size one. my waist (not pant size) is 41".
