If I could give 0 stars I would

First, these shoes fit INCREDIBLY small. The online fit checker told me they were true to size and I could barely get my foot in the "right" size for me. Additionally, SC does not offer any way to return items ordered online unless you go into store, which is not accessible for many people. I had to order and pay shipping AGAIN on the "right" size and these shoes just fit so horribly - there is a ridge of foam running crosswise under the heel - like its supposed to be arch support but no ones arch starts that far back. Then, the laces come up SO high on the ankle it was incredibly painful after less than 2 minutes of wearing/light indoor walking. I tried loosening the laces but then my ankle was sliding up & down in the shoe which would cause blistering. I then tried not lacing up to the last set of holes but even then the laces were painful on the top of my foot - there is just NO paddling in the tongue and the laces are terrible quality. I do not recommend these shoes to anyone and cannot figure out why they're so highly rated, worst walking shoes I've ever had the displeasure of owning.

I like the way these shoes look on, but they feel strange with like big hard lumps in the middle of both shoes. I have been wearing them for short times in the house to break them in, but I don’t think I’m a fan of these shoes.

Love these shoes, this is my second pair. I am on my feet 10 hours / day at work. These are the best shoes I have had for long hours on my feet.

Awkward at first, but now I’m obsessed

At first I tried them on and thought “yuck.” They felt stiff and awkward compared to the flat shoes I’m used to.
But after one walk and the putting around work, I completely changed my mind. The rocking motion is top tier — it honestly felt like i was relearning how to walk in the best way. The cushioned soles make my feet feel like they’re on clouds, even after being on them all day.
Zero regrets on this purchase. They’re now my main shoes and I reach for them every morning. If you’re on the fence because they feel weird at first, give them a day. Worth it.

Arrived Used and Dirty

My order arrived and the shoes were dirty and used. I contacted customer service and got a generic response saying “due to the holiday season (no holidays now) we can’t respond. I’ve sent two emails with no response at all.

Toebox too tight

I should have listened to the other reviews that said this shoe was really narrow, because it is. I have a narrow foot and the toe box was too tight for me. It's too bad because they are comfy otherwise and have nice cushioning, but I sadly had to return.
