Very Versitile!

I use this ladder with my strength and agility classes. Very quick setup. High enough to get the feet off the ground without loss of speed. Works great on grass. I use this ladder in the gym since it does not need to be staked. Two minor problems. It's difficult to keep the ladder in the high position in the gym (not an issue on grass or track) and sometimes the rungs pop loose. However this keeps the product from breaking and I'm working with 30 to 40 kids at a time.

Success with Ladders

The elevation ladder is an amazing tool that can be used for many different workouts. You can keep it flat to work on speed with your footwork and raise it to work on getting your feet up. The ladder can also be used to do hand work while doing push ups moving up and down the ladder. Watch many of the videos for suggestions on workouts. It is light and portable so that you can take it on location with you. From the filed, gym to the sand dunes.

Extra half of a rung

The ladder is great and the hurdle feature is nice. The only thing is that my ladder came with an extra half of a rung. I don't want to remove it in case one breaks.

Flimsy

My kids received this as a gift two years ago. They are ages 7-11. When we first put it together the rungs cracked where they pivot. Called sklz and they sent replacements right away. They have been using it frequently again with baseball and softball this year and again the rungs cracked in the same place. The kids love it but it definitely needs to be built a little better.
