Sent shoes with security tag

They sent me shoes with security tag. I messaged them about it last 2 weeks and no response . Now I have to return it to true store and according to the website they won’t give back the $10 shipping fee .

Don't buy from Sportcheck

I ordered it online. Purolator delivered my order to wrong house. I opened a case with Sportchek and after investigation, they just refunded me. They didn't offer to send me a new pair or anything. Worst customer service. Very disappointed.

Color was grey, not light brown and beige. Photo was from another color or taken with special lighting that changed color. Wasted time to order, receive and return to the store.

Something is missing

Bought 2 pairs, size 8 and 11, and they came from different locations. One shoe in the size 8 pair is missing the paper inserts to keep it in good shape for storage. This is either a QA issue at the factory, in China, or some kind of mishandling in the warehouse on this side or it's a tried item sent from retail store. Quality of the shoes look to be fine but will have to wait for cold weather to prove their worth. Is CTC capable of sending us the missing paper inserts? Our guess is as good as ...
