Great product

They're stiff to use, but they work great. Their design enables you to exert a little more pressure with the two tab setup. It allows your thumb and finger to exert pressure in opposite directions to open the clamp. The large tab moves towards the fixed smaller one to release the clamp.
My bar has grooves cut into it for the cheaper wire clamps. They pose no issues when using lower weights.
