Tracking Your Order
Most orders ship within 5-7 days.
Due to circumstances beyond our control related to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure our employees are protected. We are currently operating with reduced capacity and are doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible. Additional delays may also occur with carriers delivering parcels on our behalf. Email updates are provided as parcels are shipped and are your best source for parcel tracking information. WHEN CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?
At our fulfillment centres, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are finished being packed and will be emailed to you shortly after. However, it may take up to 48 business hours before the package is checked into a carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from a fulfillment centre and is on its way to the shipping destination, the carrier may not be able to provide any tracking information for your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on SportChek.ca may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. It also may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centres. Tracking availability may vary depending on the item(s) you purchased, the shipping method(s) selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
NO TRACKING NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER?
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these instances, the order history on your SportChek.ca account will not offer tracking information but will still offer order status and other details.

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
- Visit the website SportChek.ca and sign into your account for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available. Please note that you had to be signed into your account during purchase for this infromation to be available.
HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?
The status of your order is supplied by SportChek.ca. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from a fulfillment centre.
Once your order leaves a fulfillment centre, it is handled by a carrier that may not provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from a distribution centre. Tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available and is on your shipping confirmation email.
All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company. To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.
