Certain products are not fit for use as delivered and must be assembled.

These products include, but are not limited to:

  • Bikes
  • Skis and Snowboards
  • Fitness equipment 

At this time, many of our stores are closed and not accepting servicing. If your local store is open, please reach out to them for availability of servicing. If your local store is not open, you will be required at this time to complete the final assembly. Some specialized tools may be required depending on the specific bike.

For safety reasons, do not use these products until assembly has been completed and enclosed instructions have been read and followed. Doing so puts you at risk of injury and may void the product warranty. We have created training resources that can support you in completing the final assembly steps for your new bike.

We will be able to review any build of your product or assemble your product free of charge and complete the free warranty tune ups when our stores reopen.
