Q: What information do I need to have to pick up my order?
A: Please bring your Ready for Pick Up email confirmation with your order number and Photo ID to pick up your order.
Q: Can I buy an item and have someone else pick it up?
A: Yes, if someone else picks up your order, we will ask for the name on the order and the order number. Please ensure the person picking up the order has this information.
Q: Can I return a Curbside Pick Up order?
A: If the store is open, you may complete a return by following our safety measures in-store. If the store is temporarily closed, we are unable to process the return but have extended our return/exchange policy by 45 days after our stores re-open. To review our online return policy, click here.
Q: When will my online order be ready for pick up?
A: If you purchase online before 12 p.m., same day pick up will be available. Please check your email for your Ready For Pickup email and instructions.
Q: What if I purchase a larger item (ie. bike, exercise equipment, etc.)? How will you get my purchase into my vehicle?
A: We ask that you come prepared to load the product into your vehicle, or onto a bike rack, without the assistance of our employees so we can maintain our physical distancing practices.
