Terrible customer service. Ordered item for delivery, got it eventually, but it came with the security thing on it that they’re supposed to take off before it leaves the warehouse/store. I called sportchek, and the ONLY solution the woman gave me was that i visit a store and get it taken off. I ordered delivery because i don’t live close to a store and because of convenience. I also PAID for shipping. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, and i definitely will not be buying again from this store.
No, I do not recommend this product.
