Nike Women's Flex Experience Training Shoes

I like the shoes. Their pad is flat, which is useful for plyometric exercises (they make impact on bones), flexible - my movements are not restricted. My training types: indoor running, resistance training, plyometrics, mobility.

Really love these. Have them in several Different colors! Just note that the ones that look pink (malt/silt red), aren’t what they appear. They’re actually taupe. After having to explain and return I did mention they should change the Color on the site but they haven’t.

I love them! I got the color blue and to me they seem like an exact color match. Very comfortable and just what I needed for the gym.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Nike Flex Trainers are very comfortable and well fitted from the very first time worn. They run true to size so order with confidence. The footbed is supportive yet responsive. The shoes are sturdy yet light, makeing one feel very balanced and stable. While not the flashiest silhouette or colorway, I love the neutral colors that pair well for the gym or for casual wearing and hides any dirt or grime that may get picked up. The only change I would like to see is to add a bit of firmness and a pull loop to the back heel to allow for an easier slip on. These are a great all around trading show.

The color is also very interesting because at first, I wasn’t too much of a fan but after trying it on my feet, it compliments my skin completely. It’s very neutral, and when it’s on it can take more of a grey coloring. I have only been wearing it a few times to workout and it’s comfy, can’t wait to do more workouts in them!

The fit of this shoe is true to size and sits comfortably on my feet without a hugging feeling like a sock shoe, but also provides enough plush to the top of the foot to stay locked in without restriction. The toe base has adequate enough room to not feel a squeeze. The flexible cushioned sole can take me where I need to go, near or far without exhausting my feet. The minimalistic design and neutral color selection makes the shoe versatile to wear with any outfit, whether I'm training to run a 5k or running errands. The fabric of the shoe is lightweight and mesh, making the shoe breathable in the Florida heat. The Nike Flex Train has stood the test of heat and rain without faltering and has withstood many trips to the gym to do HIIT. I have no doubt this shoe will remain a staple in my closet.

I’ve been recovering from a near catastrophic ankle break with surgery, rehab, the works and this is THE MOST comfortable shoe in my lineup, hands down! Before I wore them out, I literally just walked around the house in them for days (we have a no shoes rule, so can’t do that anymore). Loved these more neutral tones with the black! I wore them out on a recent bike ride and can’t wait to run in them as my recovery journey progresses - fabulous job Nike, will purchase in other colorways, please keep the drops coming!
