    Ideal for long distance speed training and events

    I'm enjoying 3 shoes for my Marathon training from the Adizero family. I use Adizero SL for my daily default and long runs. these EVO SL shoes are my go tops for speed work and I ran my half marathon races in them. Then I use the Adios Pro 4 for Marathons (and just a bit of the speed training to feel the difference). This EVO SL is easily my favorite, it's light and fast but not as aggressively bouncing and on the toes as the Adios. They don't love to turn and there's not a lot of traction for poor weather, but the point of this shoe is to help you run farther faster and I think it's an easy winner for that. I could easily see doing for the Marathon distance in these, especially if you find the Super Shoe too costly or aggressive. I saw reviews of the tongue moving and folks needing cut holes to put their laces through them to keep it in place, and while that seems logical, I haven't needed to on mine. Great shoe, all miles are good miles!
