Decent lifting shoe, below avg running shoe

Ever heard this about hybrid athletes, avg lifter, crap runner? This shoe embodies that exactly and thats not a bad thing. Its works as a lifting shoe as long as ur not doing unilateral leg work with weights, and is a mediocre running shoe compare to any other running shoe. However, compared to all the other “lifting” shoes, its the only lifting shoe i can actually do miles on a treadmill. It works for its intended purpose. But dont expect it to be great at both. Great for an upper day where u wanna get some miles in on a treadmill, or great for doing some plyos/bodyweight leg exercises with. But not great for heavy weights on leg day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for training and especially running. Using them to train for our fist HYROX event and would definitely recommend. Great fusion support for impact, whether it's with weights, treadmill or street running.
