    Blocks wind and retains heat while venting enough to prevent over heating. Works as a great final layer for a winter run on top of a thermal base and a hooded sweatshirt. Have been out in -27(-35 with wind) a few times already and it was perfect. I would love this exact same jacket with a hood.
