These lock in

I did not expect them to be like weightlifting shoes but they are. They don’t have the tilt but they do have solid base. The fact that there neutral with a great base u wouldn’t expect running in them to be so comfortable but they are. These are the perfect cross trainer shoes. They’re like the opposite of flux or barefoot shoes with all the technology to let you push harder thru the workout no matter the workout.

Order 1/2 size up in trainers that normal shoe size. Good for HIIT, plyometric type workouts, planks, weights. Running lass than 1.5 k only. Good grip and traction. Top fabric is nice with toe reinforced so flexible yet sturdy. They look cool too. The men heel and mud foot toe area is wider than women's model. I ordered mens thinking it would be OK but was having heel slip. Waiting for ladies my size to drop so I can order... Also pick up when member price deals are on to get 50% off.
