I ordered the 3xlt and it fit perfectly. I have a longer torso, so the 3xlt was a great option. I wasn't sure on how it'd fit, but I was very pleased once it arrived and I tried it on. I'm 6'0 340 lbs and the 3xlt fit loose and comfy. I honestly could've got away with a 2xlt, but I prefer the loose fit. I highly recommend this jacket. I'm planning on ordering another one, but in black. Don't hesitate, just order it if you're on the fence about it. It's by far my favorite jacket now
