[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got so many compliments wearing these. It has pull strings at the hem to make them cuffed. The material is smooth and slippery, not jersey fyi. Im 5'4" and with regualr shoes they are a tiny bit long. With platform shoes they work perfect.
