Really smart looking skirt

I must admit I thought it was more like the tracksuit material when I ordered but it’s sort of rain jacket material. Looks really smart. Snaps are strong and secure, has pockets, comfortable waistband. Returned the item as I didn’t feel it suited my frame but I really wish it did as I really liked the skirt.
