Classic adidas look and with an athletic footbed. I like the first pair so much that I bought another color. Great for lifting- leg day as they have a relatively flat profile vs many other training shoes. Excellent flex as well for squats, lunges, etc. very good for rowing and ski erg as well. About the only exercise they are not made for is jogging/running. Enjoy
