Size down!

Love how the shoe looks on my foot and it’s cute, but the reason for the 4 stars is because the sizing is way off. I’m usually a size 7.5 and purchased a 7. They ended up fitting my partner’s foot and she’s a size 10. I would suggest going two sizes down, so I ended up purchasing a size 5 and it fits perfectly!

Nice looking, but fits way too large

Nice looking shoes but way too big. I ordered a women's size 7 and it fits like a size 10! I thought I was sent a larger size by mistake but nope the shoes say size 7. Too bad because I really love the way they look

I love the look of these clogs. I ordered a womens size 6, and when it arrived, it was indeed a size 6 but it was as big as a size 10. I was disappointed and had to return it

I placed order online. Product was 3 sizes too big, and it was missing the shoe insert for one shoe. The tag on it was the original with the correct size on the tag, which was clearly an error. I called customer service, rep was great, gave me options and I opted to go to the store for an exchange or refund. He also said that they do a quality assurance check before sending an item out. My thought is, is that if you work with shoes, you would know that size 8 does not look like a size 11, and how did the shoe insert get missed through this quality assurance check? I was disappointed to have to return the item since they did not have any left in stock although their system indicated they had two. Overall experience was a disappointment especially having to go back to a store which defeats the purpose of online shopping. I trusted Sportchek’s online shopping experienced which ended up being less than satisfactory.
