I use these for HIIT workouts and running. I love them for running, so bouncy and light. They feel stable and sturdy enough for me during all activities so far with my ankles only having to work extra hard during single leg deadlift balance type work.

Love these for race day - lightweight, bouncy, speedy, all the things. Rivals the vaporfly well - and actually fits my foot! Size is generous compared to most running shoes - I actually buy the same size as my street shoes, rather than a half size to full size up, and have plenty of room in the toe box. Train happy!
