I purchased this shoe in orange in my regular size 9. However, like others have said, it does run a half size big. That said, the shoes come with a second pair of insoles and I put them in the shoe so I didn't have to return them. That made them feel much better. I trained in them twice and loved how they felt. Gave me the stability I need when lifting. Unfortunately, after doing a facing the wall handstand and wearing them for only the second time, the colour on the shoe rubbed off. I recommend this product thinking that perhaps this was a default in that particular pair of shoes. I also recommend this product knowing that if you take a half size smaller than usual you'll have a great shoe on your hands.

Stability, ankle support, breezy & light.

Very comfy and my foot has the space it needs. They help foot stability. They are light, breezy, and the sole is soft (come with two soles). I teach a cardio/functional training in these. As well and do my own training, and I love the support the provide for my foot. Recommend!
