adidas Women's Spezial Training Shoes

Wow these are simply a great workout shoes! Very comfortable and eye catching!

I love these bright colors. Definitely recommend these.

This is by far the best design for a training shoe I've ever owned. Yet, this shoe is not without it's flaws. to start off while the shoe fit perfectly it also creases really bad on the leather piece by the toe. The tounge Is also not gusseted and moves. I also wish Adidas would add better shoe laces that aren't super long and good quality. But in terms of performance this shoe is great for leg day. The heel stiffness combined with the grip of the shoe make it really stable for exercises like back squats. The midsole is a bit too soft for my liking but it's not terrible. I also wouldn't recommend this shoe for anything more than a light walk as running is out of the question for this shoe. overall I recommend this shoe as it is very versatile and you can use it casually outside of the gym which can be said for most training shoes.

The Training Spezials are comfortable and look sharp. You can wear them to the gym or just out and about. I have wide feet, and these fit great.
