small on hips getting them on if you have any.

I read the reviews on these pants and everyone says that they fit loose. I measured my self before buying and I will say they are small in the waist compared to the hips. A little hard to get on . Once you get them over the hips they are roomy.maybe a different opening on the waist would help .
