The shorts are the right length with high rise waist. I do find that the waist does fold down during mat exercises but works overall

This was my first time trying this running gear! Adidas is my first choice and only resort! I purchased this gear one week prior to the Chicago Marathon. It was the best choice as it kept my body cool and helped to prevent chaffing based upon my body!

I normally wear size S for leggings, but this pair was tighter than usual, so I exchanged for M. The fabric is good quality but tighter which might be the cause of the discrepancy. I’d recommend sizing up.
