I found this bra to be awesome. I’m a 32 FF so I got a medium DD-F in hopes it worked. It does, it fit my chest and with the claps being adjustable it fit great! I have a hard time finding things that work for me and I’m usually a little disappointed but not with this one! I could definitely do cardio with this on, I will say it’s a little tricky getting on yourself but whatever!
