I'm quite large chested & I was a bit skeptical about the holding power of the built in "shelf" bra. It's really is a medium intensity bra, I was delighted. I wear this for weight lifting, yoga, pilates & day to day life stuff. The fabric is well made & put together, also wonderfully soft, nothing digs in. Going to buy more in other colours.
