This ribbed material feels sturdy. It has a little bit of stretch two way stretch sideways and it’s kind of sleek kinda silky…but not..it’s hard to describe but it’s not rough so it’s good. They are not thick, but it was a little thicker than I expected at the waistband. It feels like it will hold up well. The waistband is comfy. It seems to almost rise up a little bit until it finds your natural waste and then it sits there very comfortably. I bought my normal size. Comfortable enough to be a lounge short, but the material doesn’t seem to wrinkle like some of the running swishy shorts do, so I feel like it looks a little more sleek, which I love. Love this blurple color! No pockets but it makes them lay nice and the hems and stripe feel good.

They feel great! I can’t wait to get out walking in the sunshine in these cute shorts!
