This bag comfortably holds my mat, 2 blocks, yoga strap, sanitizing spray, gym outfit, sports bra, cycling shoes, and recovery flip flops! The tie down straps on the bottom makes placing the blocks on the side weird, so I use a Gaiam snap band to hold the mat together, and place everything else in!
