Back pack smaller then expected

Nice backpack, durable, but smaller then expected, I originally brought it for my oldest whose in middle school but was way to small for him youngest in elementary ended up with the bag.

Unimpressed

Pleased with the product itself but it was sent to me with a security tag still on it! I was unaware it was a tag and it kept setting off the alarm at work! Super embarassing and had to get someone to remove it for me. Customer service never did respond about the issue.

Peeling label

After two months of my 6 year old using this bag (to and from school) the stripes in the front are peeling off. Regret buying it because I like to wash the backpacks I don’t think I’ll be able to wash this and have it looking decent if light use results in obvious wear.
