I bought this brand with the precut sheets for a hike th e other day. They would not stay put, even with using the wipes provided. The precut shapes are almost completely useless for blisters you get on your heels. I had to stop multiple times to try and reset them, use the ones meant for the toes on my heels, I kept trying, but was ultimately unsuccessful and got blisters. We had to turn back half way. Huge disappointment as I tried and was prepared for avoiding blisters yet the product failed me. I will never buy these sheets again. I’ve used the larger moleskin rectangular patches that cover the whole heal and protects against any blisters, they’re thicker, better adhesive and work amazing. These precut ones are VERY thin, the largest oval is still too small, so the area that would rub is rubbing on the edges of the patch which natural will lift it. Avoid if you tend to get blisters on your heels/back of foot.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Nothing worse than cutting your hike short because of blisters! Moleskin works as a second skin to keep irritation off the wound. Good to have in your pack!
