Would have rated higher but I received a pre-worn pair of shoes. The soles were dirty and they were already "worked in".

Solid Shoe before the Lace Holes Ripped Apart

I would say I actually like this shoe as I did not expected an AND1 shoe to be fairly good and workable. The shoe is High-Cut and has great heel padding, too stiff actually in the beginning but when you use it more, it is alright. Once the initial heel padding gets loosened up, the shoe is actually great. I would have given the shoe 4 stars but the recent problem with this shoe is the lace holes broke. The laces holes are not holes in the shoe but little straps on the side of the shoe that could break and they did. For that reason, this shoe is 3 stars. Overall, the shoe is alright but the main good thing that I like about this shoe is that it is AND1. I didn't expect anything great out of AND1 because this is the first time I've seen an AND1 shoe in SportChek and I bought it.
