Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) with MagSafe Charging Case USB-C

This is a magical device. It seamlessly switches between my iPhone, MacBook Pro, and Apple Watch. Adaptive noise cancellation is the bomb. Only been using it a few days. I was concerned I might receive fake AirPods but I confirmed they are genuine with the Apple Store. Update your warranty by chatting with Apple directly, as the warranty was expired when I received it. You will need to show them your purchase receipt.

They're Apple AirPods. They're fantastic, as usual. These 2nd gen pro versions are noticeably better than my 1st gen's that I'm replacing. Better sound, volume control, USB-C charging, and the case has a speaker for Find My. I was worried about receiving fake AirPods - other reviews at SportChek mentioned this as a possibility - but I am 100% sure that the ones I received were brand new and authentic. I verified by checking the serial number.

The product is great (Apple quality). However, the product I have received must have been in storage for a long time ( I have another pair of the same product). Upon activating them, it told me Coverage has expired on March 2025. That was strange considering that I have purchased the product in August 2025. Had to spend a little time with Apple Support to change the purchase date. The battery life is not very good. The automatic switching does not work very well. You cannot return them so you have to deal with Apple. I must have received a "lemon", hence my rating. My other Pro 2 pair (purchased from Costco) would meet a 5 star review.

The box was not seem to be new. There were dirt on the box.Moreover there was no proper invoice remarking the serial no of product and apple limited warranty was left only for one month and I contacted apple care. Then, Apple supporting team extended that for one year after showing the screenshots of order mails from sport-check. Not recommended for others

Market mall sold me fake airpods and the guy at the front desk would not give me a refund, just kept making excuses and stuff. Eventually I dropped it and went to apple instead. Sportchek is selling fake airpods, please legit check them before you purchase. BE AWARE!!!

THEY ARE FAKE! Don’t buy them guys. They scammed me and didn’t wanna return them at first! I gave them a headache for 2 weeks until they returned them and gave me my refund!
