    Great for hot yoga or any heated workouts

    I use for hot yoga, Pilates and fusion workouts for cardio, weights, etc and works great without slipping! One thing to keep in mind is it does have a bit of weight to it in comparison to other mats

    Long, and non slip

    Very nice long yoga mat. Was looking for a longer one because I am 5’9” and found I was having trouble with shorter mats, having to constantly shift my position during a class to stay on the mat. Mat is awesome, stays put doesn’t slip and cork surface helps me stay put when holding a position. Only con- I expected it to be cushier, but it is thicker and more comfortable than my old mat. Would recommend,

    I feel like I’m the only one that hates this mat. Loved the concept of it and it being more natural/less smelly. I’ve been using it for hot yoga as well as hot yoga bootcamps which involve jumping on and off the mat and it’s SO SLIPPERY. Even in a basic downward dog my toes were slipping. It says it’s grippy when wet but I had to spend my class dousing it in water rather than focusing on the fitness aspect (being sweaty wasn’t enough). I had to return it and buy the lululemon reversible mat which is a 10/10 btw, very very grippy. I don’t recommend this to anyone
