Packaged horribly & non-existent customer service

I purchased two of these blocks and they shipped separately. One of them is great, no issues. The other one arrived with this huge label stuck directly onto the foam block. The first one had a plastic wrap over it, with the label attached to the plastic. Now I’m trying to remove the label and it’s damaging the block - the label won’t peel off cleanly and it is leaving a lot of sticky residue that I can’t get off. I contacted customer service immediately and it has now been a couple weeks with no response. Very disappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.
