Shipped to wrong destination 4,000km away

I bought to this to replace my son’s stick which broke. Supposed to be delivered in 2-3 business days. Tracking showed no updates. It’s been a full week and I still haven’t receive it. Had to call Purator who discovered it was shipped to BC by mistake. We live in Ontario and 30 minutes away from where it shipped from. Big error and big delay which remains ongoing with no updated delivery timeframe. I am one shot away from needing to purchase another stick on an emergency basis. Sport Chek should be actively tracking delivery status of its orders instead of asking me for feedback on a product I never received.
Disappointed goalie parent.
No, I do not recommend this product.
