Poor outer material

Good bag...lots of storage pockets. Problem is after a month or so the exterior ends started cracking and peeling bits of black material all the time. Not impressed with material durability. Bag is never frozen (or kept outside) and is otherwise alright. Nearing the end of season 1 now and wish we picked something different.
