Disappointing

The picture is not the same as the bag. In pic it shows large see thru window. The bag window is very tiny. I ordered from store for pickup. Order processed then cancelled next day they couldn’t find stock. At that point the store should have got me one in for pickup from another location. I had to order online and pay 7.00 extra for shipping. That’s unacceptable. Not impressed this will be my last order. Overall disappointing the whole experience.
