If I was to buy another girdle I would spend the money and buy a higher level one as there is only velcro to secure the waist

Bauer Supreme Elite Girdle is not Elite

The padding seems very thin. I have not been hit with a hard shot or hard slash yet but I think it's going to hurt when I do. I am used to wearing high end pants with heavy duty hamstring, buttock, tail bone, kidney and thigh padding. Also, the thigh pads twist out leaving the inner thigh exposed. I had to make Velcro straps to hold them in place.
