Stick is great but after ordering the stick to arrive at your store, I was never once contacted in anyway informing me that the stick had arrived at your store. In fact when my wife asked about the stick you told her it was there for 7 days and you guys were about to send it back. Was it too much trouble for someone to have sent me an email informing me that the stick was there.
