Just the right amount of stiffness. The ankle flexion tech is also a nice add to this boot.

Great Skates!

My kid has these skate, loves them and says they are really comfortable. The blades can be changed so its good for using 1 set on the ODR and other for indoor ice. The price in fair and the skates and great.

Inside heel wears too quickly

Was excited to get my 10 yo son his first decent skates knowing that it would only last a year or so the way their feet grow. Unfortunately, the real problem was the inside padding at the heel wearing out and my son complaining of blisters. It happened in both the left and right boot. Only got 6 months out of them and now have to replace them. Very disappointed, expect more from Bauer.
